In many ways, the planet already perfected these systems long before us, and we are now destroying what was naturally designed to sustain life.

The ocean regulates climate, feeds billions of people, supports immense biodiversity, and contains powerful ecosystems like kelp forests and seagrass meadows that help absorb carbon and stabilize the planet.

The more we understand the ocean, the more we understand ourselves, our survival, and the interconnected systems that keep Earth alive.
